How to make it
- Thaw the whitefish in cold water.
- Place the thawed cod fillets in an oven-safe dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Mix melted butter with breadcrumbs, parsley, roasted onion, black pepper, squeezed lemon juice and salt in a bowl and then sprinkle the mixture over the fish and flatten it slightly.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until it gets a light surface or for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and green peas. A tasty dish!
