Cooking tips
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
- Place the breaded fish pieces straight from the freezer in a baking dish lined with baking paper and cook in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the fish pieces halfway through.
- Frying pan: Heat about 1 tablespoon of cooking fat/oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the frozen fish pieces over medium heat for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Turn the fish pieces a few times during the frying time.
Serve with fries or mashed potatoes, your favorite dipping sauce or warm dill sauce, green salad and lemon wedge.
