Alaska gratin with shrimp

About 4 servings

  • Ca 600g Alaskan pollock
  • 4 servings of mashed potatoes
  • 1 eggyolk
  • Grated cheese
  • Sauce:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • The fish spade
  • 1 eggyolk
  • 300 g shrimp, with shell
  • Dill, chopped
  • Squeezed lemon
  • Salt and pepper

How to make

  1. Place the fish in a lightly greased baking dish, season with a little salt and pepper, cover with foil and place in the middle of the oven at 225 C, for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fry margarine and flour in a saucepan. Dilute with cream and fish sauce from the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in the egg yolk. Season with spices. Stir in the peeled shrimp and dill. Spread the sauce over the fish.
  3. Mix the puree with egg yolk and grated cheese. Pipe or spread it around the fish. Gratinate at 250° C until the puree has a nice color.
