Captain's stew
Ingredients
2 servings
1 package of
cod loin 300g
100 g
peeled shrimp
2
tomatoes
½
leek
1,5 dl
cooking cream
¼ dl
dill
Salt & pepper to taste
How to make
Defrost the cod lightly & cut into pieces.
Slice tomatoes & leeks & place in pan.
Place the fish on top & season with salt, pepper & dill.
Stir in the cream and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
When the fish is done, top with shrimp.
Sprinkle with some dill & serve with boiled potatoes, preferably mashed, or rice.
