Ingredients

2 servings

  • 1 package of cod loin 300g
  • 100 g peeled shrimp
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ leek
  • 1,5 dl cooking cream
  • ¼ dl dill
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to make

  1. Defrost the cod lightly & cut into pieces.
  2. Slice tomatoes & leeks & place in pan.
  3. Place the fish on top & season with salt, pepper & dill.
  4. Stir in the cream and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. When the fish is done, top with shrimp.
  6. Sprinkle with some dill & serve with boiled potatoes, preferably mashed, or rice.
