Teriyaki Salmon with Glass Noodles

Oven-baked salmon fillet from Captain Royal – with teriyaki sauce, noodles and lots of greens! A delicious and crowd-pleasing recipe that works equally well for weeknights and weekends.

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon with salt & pepper, brush with teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven at 200°C for approx. 10 min.
  2. Bring water to a boil, pour over the glass noodles and let sit until softened. Drain, cut them down a little and mix with teriyaki sauce.
  3. Chop the garlic, cut the broccoli into florets and tear the kale into rough pieces.
  4. Lightly sauté the garlic in oil, add broccoli and fry until it has a slight char and is tender. Season with a pinch of MSG or seasoning salt if desired.
  5. Quickly sauté the kale in olive oil and season in the same way.
  6. Top the salmon with spring onion, sesame seeds, coriander and a little lime if desired.
