Baked salmon with roe sauce

Ca 4 servings

  • 350g pink salmon side
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Dill
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Romsauce:

  • 2 dl créme fraiche
  • 1 can of stonefish roe
  • ½ red onion
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Serve with:

  • Boiled potatoes and asparagus

How to make

  1. Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish, preferably with a little olive oil in the bottom & season with salt, pepper, lemon juice & finely chopped dill.
  2. Cook in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. Mix crème fraiche with rockfish roe, finely chopped red onion, lemon juice, and a little salt & pepper if desired.
  3. Serve salmon and roe sauce with boiled potatoes and asparagus.
