Baked salmon with roe sauce
Ingredients
Ca 4 servings
350g
pink salmon side
1 tbsp
olive oil
Lemon juice
Dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Romsauce:
2 dl
créme fraiche
1 can of
stonefish roe
½
red onion
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Serve with:
Boiled potatoes and asparagus
How to make
Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish, preferably with a little olive oil in the bottom & season with salt, pepper, lemon juice & finely chopped dill.
Cook in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. Mix crème fraiche with rockfish roe, finely chopped red onion, lemon juice, and a little salt & pepper if desired.
Serve salmon and roe sauce with boiled potatoes and asparagus.
