Chef's Party chicken with feta & olives

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 4-5 pcs of chicken fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 250 g fresh or thawed spinach
  • 1 dl chicken broth
  • 1 dl créme fraiche
  • 75 g feta cheese
  • 12 black olives
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper, salt

How to make

  1. Fry the fillets until done and season. If necessary, divide into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté the onion and spinach in oil.
  3. Stir in the broth and crème fraîche. Add the chicken and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Crumble the cheese and add the olives.
  4. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Serve with pasta or rice.
